This project includes the removal and replacement of Fire Alarm Devices throughout the building as indicated. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Bid proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked plainly on the outside of the envelope with the following: “South Panola Fire Alarm Device Replacement Re-Bid; Project number 22052 to be opened November 9, 2022” Envelope shall be addressed to Tim Wilder, Superintendent of Schools, 204 College Street, Batesville, MS. 38606. In addition, the envelope shall list the bidders Company name, Company address and all applicable state and local license and registration numbers of the bidder. Envelopes not so marked are submitted at the risk of the bidder as the Owner and Architect assume no responsibility for the premature opening of any bid envelope by any employee of the Owner or Architect. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows.
