This project is to construct the redesign of Cassidy Road and Marshall Road intersection approximately 2,000 linear feet east of the Cassidy Access Control Point (ACP) inside the secure area at Fort Bliss, Texas. The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate failed pavement areas, improve storm water drainage from the roadway, and improve vehicle and pedestrian safety. The project includes installation of new traffic signals and signs, video image vehicle detection system (VIVDS), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant sidewalks, ramps, and pedestrian crossings with push-button signals.
