Renovation/Remodel (Design/Build) This Government Design-Build task order (WR #1687782) for The 613th Air Operations Center (AOC) Group proposes to renovate and repair the physical security and ancillary systems in room 110 at Building 2045H, JBPHH. The project scope would include: repairs to facility perimeters (including walls, doors, penetrations) and Page 2 of 4 corresponding adjustments to architectural finishes, carpet, and ceilings. Repairs to the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, intrusion detection system (IDS), automatic access control systems (ACS), fire alarms/mass notification system (FA/MNS), and fire suppression (FS) and their associated components. The project duration is 165 days. This project is Prevailing Wage, along with the Buy American requirement.
