The County of Bucks, Doylestown Pennsylvania (the County) is soliciting proposals for County Bridge Consultant from an independent contractor. Companies submitting proposals must have demonstrated experience in said services. Throughout this document, the singular use of the words Company, Vendor, Contractor, Proposer or Offeror shall apply to the responders of this request for each service, or all services proposed. Bucks County owns 112 Bridges of which 8 are covered bridges. The Department of General Services is responsible for the County Bridge Program. General Services is seeking a qualified engineering firm to assist the County in the management of the Counties 112 Bridges through a comprehensive maintenance and capital improvement Bridge Program. (A listing of the Bridges can be found in Exhibit A of this proposal.) The initial term of this agreement will be for three (3) years with subsequent renewal periods of the same term upon mutual agreeme Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted electronically no later than 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time, 09/12/2022. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
