As of July 11, 2023, an architect and construction manager has been selected for the project and the project is currently under construction. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Marysville large animal veterinary clinic is looking to expand their current facility to provide additional office space, create a separate clinical skills area, increase treatment areas, as well as providing a new conference room and new covered truck parking. The project will incorporate an addition of approximately 3,600 SF and will require interior renovations to approximately 2,500 SF of existing interior space. This project includes asset tagging. The Primary firm submitting for the project is required to have the expertise capable of meeting this prerequisite and is responsible to support their consultants to meet this requirement. The Asset Tagging Process Diagram, Asset Worksheet Template, and LOD Matrix can be accessed via the OSU FOD website under Design Guidelines, Specifications, Standards; Specifications and Standards; Building Information Modeling (BIM). The project and construction budget as listed in this RFQ is estimated. The project has been approved for design services only. This request is for Architect/Engineer (A/E) to provide design and project management to establish the schematic design concept through design development and Construction Documents. The university may amend the A/E contract upon approval for, bidding, construction contract administration and post-construction services.
