City of Madison Traffic Engineering ("City") is soliciting Proposals from qualified vendors for Bicycle Pedestrian Infrastructure Analysis . Vendors submitting Proposals ("Proposers") are required to read this Request for Proposals ("RFP") in its entirety and follow the instructions contained herein. The goal of the project is expanding safe and well connected walking and biking routes that foster multi- modal trips, mode shift and transit-oriented design. The project focuses on improved walking and biking to the planned Bus Rapid Transit corridor and the already planned 31 stations. The proposed project supports ongoing planning for Transit-Oriented Development, the recently adopted Vision Zero Plan and ongoing work to develop a framework for Complete Green Streets.
