Underground Enclosures of Polymere Concrete The City of Madison, Engineering Division, is accepting bids for all underground enclosures to come with polymer concrete covers (tier 22 one piece unless noted) with "traffic" for the nameplate A lead-time/expected delivery for each individual product must accompany this Request for Quotes. The delivery of product is essential for our construction schedule and will be taken into consideration when selecting the most responsible bidder. Lead time will be effective from date of purchase order (PO). Liquidated damages for late delivery will be assessed at $50/day. Technical: For questions regarding technical specifications.
