Renovation of a medical facility in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform all work associated with Energy Centre Tender Package #10.10R2 (TPE#10.10R2) - Fireproofing for the Cape Breton Regional Hospital (CBRH) Energy Centre project, which consists of supply and installation/application of the applied fireproofing and intumescent paint fireproofing to structural steel members as directed in the documentation for a Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Energy Centre construction site is located at Martha's Boulevard in Sydney Nova Scotia, adjacent to CBRH. The Energy Centre project is one of the segments of a larger CBRH redevelopment project.
