Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Tracy, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes the following work to be done: Installation of liquid ammonium sulfate storage and feed systems, installation of new PLC hardware, minor upgrades to the existing sodium hypochlorite storage and feed systems, construction of new cast in place vaults for chemical injection, new sample lines and analyzers, and associated electrical work at the Park and Ride Well and Ball Park Well. The project locations are as follows: Park and Ride Well No. 6 - 2650 Naglee Road, Tracy CA 95304 Ball Park Well No.7 - 2100 North Tracy Blvd, Tracy CA 95376 The Engineers estimate will not be released until the bids are publicly opened. A Class A General Engineering Contractors License or Class B General Building Contractors License is required for this work. Bids are required for the entire work as described herein and shall be made upon the Bid Forms included in the attached Bid Documents in accordance with the Notice to Bidders.
