Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbia, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of September 14, 2022 this project this project has been awarded to Eye in the Sky, LLC with bid amount $46,045.93** The City of Columbia is seeking bids from qualified access control integrators to replace the existing access control hardware and the operating software at City Hall located at 700 N Garden St. in Columbia, TN with new Assa Abloy Wi-Fi hardware per the specifications. The current system consists of ten battery-operated and two hardwired devices. In addition to the replaced devices five additional battery-operated devices will be installed. Wi-Fi and network switch will be provided by the owner. All other devices, labor, programing, testing and training to be provided by the Integrator. The City of Columbia reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informal technicalities or defects, the scope and nature of which it shall be the sole judge, in any bid, insofar as such technicality or defects do not legally, materially or substantially change such bid. The said City, unless otherwise specified by the bidder, reserves the right to accept any item on bid.
