Renovation of a fire / police facility in Byron, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Byron Fire Protection District will receive sealed bids for the above referenced project. Project will be constructed under a single contract which shall include the general, mechanical, electrical and specialty work. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1- 12). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer. Replies will be issued by addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than two (2) days prior to the date for opening bids will not be answered
