The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and means to construct various improvements as depicted in the Contract Documents for the Project. The successful Bidder will be required to submit an Initial Project Manning Report (Form AA-201) within three (3) days of the Notice of Award of the construction Contract. If the successful Bidder fails to submit said report, the Borough may declare the Contractor non-responsive and award the Contract to the next lowest responsible Bidder. This Contract is subject to all of the Department of Labor Safety and Health Regulation and to the applicable provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. All Bidders are notified that the Contract will include payment of prevailing wage rates established by the Department of Labor of the State of New Jersey. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening of Bids. The Borough reserves the right to waive minor defects and informalities in any Bid and to reject any and all Bids, or to accept Bids that are, in the opinion of the Borough, in the best interest of the Borough.
