Project Description Work of the Project includes replacement of the existing roofing system at the Administration building located at: Community College of Aurora, CentreTech Campus 1600 East CentreTech Parkway Aurora, CO 80011-9036 Scope of Services Work of the Project includes replacement of the existing roofing system at the Administration building including but not limited to: 1. Remove and Replace existing foam and river rock ballasted roofing systems including insulation, EPDM membrane, flashings, and miscellaneous items. 2. Removal and reuse of precacst concrete parapet caps. 3. Demolition and removal of existing rooftop equipment items. 4. Perform Work for a stipulated sum in accordance with Conditions of the Contract Refer to the Construction Documents for a complete scope of work/services. Any bid that exceeds $50,000 will be required to submit a bid bond along with their bid equal to 5% of the amount of their bid.
