Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation of an existing water treatment facility including replacement of ground storage tank, hydro pneumatic tank, booster pumps, and motor control center. The amount of said certified or cashier's check or bond will be forfeited to the OWNER and the bank or surety shall be liable to the OWNER for the amount in the event the successful biddershall fail or refuse to enter into a contract or furnish bonds as hereafter required within ten (10) days after the date of notice of award. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the successful bidder shall deliver, at the ENGINEER'S office (IDS Engineering Group, 13430 Northwest Freeway, Suite 700, Houston, Texas 77040), the original certified or cashier's check within twenty-four (24) hours of the bid opening. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
