City of Houston Central Police Complex Renovation and Parking Garage (CPCR) Tellepsen Builders, L.P., serving as the Design-Build Contractor for City of Houston, in accordance with Texas Government Code 2269, will receive proposals from qualified subcontractors and vendor trades for the CPRC project. The project is located at 1120 Morin, Houston TEXAS. This project consists of a renovations of 58,000 sf warehouse and the addition of a 600 car pre-cast concrete parking garage. Proposals to be held open for 90 calendar days from bid date or duration stipulated in proposal. All document review questions are to be submitted by 5:00 PM, Monday, August 16, 2022. Please be advised that all Subcontractors/Suppliers must complete a mandatory pre-qualification process and become an "Approved" subcontractor/supplier before entering into a subcontract/purchase order agreement with Tellepsen Builders.
