Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Plantagenet, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Corporation of the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet seeks to engage a contractor for the structural rehabilitation of the Plantagenet Pedestrian Bridge. The Successful Contractor shall provide all works described in the engineering drawings which includes but is not limited to: - Construction of new guards on approach. - Construction of new guards on bridge. - Remove and replace weathering surface of bridge. - Steel beam bearing repairs. The Township has added provisional items for the abrasive blasting of the structural beams, and item is added for all environmental controls relating to this work.
