Robinson located in North Little Rock, for the Military Department of Arkansas Project Location: Building 1301 Camp J. T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72199-9600 The project site is located on the east side of26th Street, just northeast of Nebraska Avenue, in Camp Robinson in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This location is southwest of the aviation facility at Camp Robinson. The expansion area extends approximately 160 ft south of an existing solar array development. The site is currently an open field with a high grass cover. A small drainage ditch is southwest ofthe site near the road. The terrain is mostly flat with a slight rise to the northeast. It is understood that this area was graded during development of the aviation facility. Surface drainage is considered fair. A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is in excess of $50,000.00. Pursuant to Ark. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
