Agreement to provide manufacturers recommended annual service for five Aerco condensing boilers as well as rates to repair when necessary. Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana (Ivy Tech) is the state's largest public postsecondary institution and the nation's largest singly accredited statewide community college system serving nearly 160,000 students annually with approximately 3,500 full-time staff and faculty. Ivy Tech Community College Evansville is seeking proposals to provide labor and materials to provide annual service (following manufacturer's instructions and specifications) to 5 Aerco Benchmark Boilers to keep them in good and efficient operation. The agreement will be for two years from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2024 with the optional year extending through September 30, 2025 if agreed to by both parties. The College reserves the right to modify the schedule.
