The purpose of this RFP is to encourage Offerors to describe and detail their creative, cost-competitive abilities to provide the best possible solutions for the efficient, safe and environmentally responsible operation, maintenance and management of the City's facilities and systems. Questions resolved at this meeting will be included in an addendum. The Purchasing department will no longer record pre-bid conferences unless requested to do so. This meeting is virtual only. A future site visit is in-person. 9/25/2022 05:00:00 PM (MT) Deadline for Questions Questions and/or clarifications concerning this solicitation must be entered into the Questions tab in the online bidding system through the deadline date/time. Responses to questions will be released for all Bidders/Offerors to view via addenda in the online bidding system. No Bidder/Offeror may rely upon oral responses made by any City employee or any representative of the City. The only approved contact must be with purchasing staff. Bidders/Offerors contacting any other City official, evaluation committee member, or City employee regarding this Bid/RFP may be disqualified. Bidders/Offers have no claim against the City for failure to obtain information made available by the City which the Bidder/Offeror could have remedied through the exercise of due diligence. 8/14/2022 08:00:00 AM (MT) Accessibility to Video Recordings Video recordings of sites will be available by request for those unable to attend in-person site visits. Those interested in receiving the videos must notify the City of Farmington at purchasing@fmtn.org. Offerors requesting access to recorded site visits will be required to complete a Confidentiality and Terms of Use Agreement in advance of receiving videos. The City of Farmington reserves the right refuse requests if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City. Refer to Section II, Item A, for Homeland Security Administration Restrictions. These videos will be available at any time while the solicitation period is open. Tentatively, interviews and presentations for qualified proposals will take place the week of December 5th, 2022. 12/13/2022 06:00:00 PM (MT) Tentative Council Approval Recommendation of award for this solicitation is tentatively scheduled to go to City Council on this date. The City of Farmington reserves the right to change this date should it be in our best interest to do so. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
