Chesterfield County voters will decide on November 3, 2026, whether to approve a 1% local sales tax dedicated to public school construction and renovation projects through 2046; if approved, county leaders have indicated they may reduce real estate and personal property tax rates. Information regarding an architect or a general contractor has not been disclosed.
