A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Phase 1 of 2 Phase Fire Alarm Installation Required for: Long Beach Housing Authority 225 West Park Ave. Long Beach, NY 11561 in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and Contract Documents on file in the Office of the Long BeachHousing Authority, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 18th day of August. Each Bid must be accompanied by a DEPOSIT in the form of certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the Bid. Such Bid Bond shall be satisfactory to the Housing Authority executed and sworn to by Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New York, and shall be required toqualify in the sum equal to the value of the work as stated in the proposal of the Bidder for whom it is to act asSurety, shall insure the Long Beach Housing Authority, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amountof the base bid proposal.
