Renovation of a museum in Danville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Job Description: Change out four (4) existing Ductless Mini Splits. Lawrence County Board ofEducation will provide equipment and will dispose of old equipment. Contractors bid needs to include labor for unhooking existing units, installing new equipment, and an estimate for all necessary materials needed for this project. The Board ofEducation reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive all formalization in bidding. It is not the policy ofthe Lawrence County Board ofEducation to purchase on the basis oflow bid alone. Quality and suitability to purpose will also be controlling factors, with the further understanding that the purchaser reserves the right to determine such quality or suitability by whatever means may be determined. Contract for purchase will be put into effect by means ofpurchase order after tabulations are compiled All proposals shall include the cost oftransportation to the point ofdelivery as specified. Lawrence County Board ofEducation reserves the right to refuse any bid.
