**As of November 11, 2022, project was awarded to Ragle Construction. but awarded amount is not available.** For the following project: Signal Modification of the Lincoln Avenue and Epworth Road Intersection Warrick County, Indiana Contract No. TR-1001 Bids shall be submitted on the Itemized Proposal Form and on Indiana Form 96, revised in 2013, included in the contract documents. The bid documents shall also include a non-collusion affidavit, a certification of non-segregated facilities, and an equal employment opportunity form, all properly executed, signed, sealed and notarized (if indicated). The bid shall also include evidence of theBidder's drug testing policy as stated in the General Instructions to Bidders. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, bank treasurer's check or bank money order, made payable to the Warrick County Auditor, in the amount of five (5%) of the total bid submitted. For a period of sixty (60) days following the scheduled time of the bid opening, no bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the express written consent of the Warrick County Board of Commissioners. The Contractor receiving the award will be required to furnish a performance bond with good and sufficient surety in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid, which is to remain in effect for twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance of completed work. The Contractor will also be required to furnish a payment bond on this project. The Bidder shall list any Subcontractors and the percentage of the contract to be performed by each Subcontractor in the bid submittal. Construction and installation shall be in full accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, special provisions and applicable sections of the current edition of the Indiana Department of Transportation Standard Specifications and any current Supplemental Specifications to the Standard Specifications. The Board of Commissioners of Warrick County reserves the right to reject any/or all of the bids and/or waive any formalities or irregularities in the bidding.
