TIMELINE: As of October 25, 2022, the Phase One RFQ for Contractors has closed. A list of prequalified firms is NOT being released for publication. Owner is proceeding to Phase 2 solicitation to the prequalified firms. An award is anticipated by December 2022 based on current timelines. Parks Canada requires repairs to the Radium Aqua Court Foundation. This work includes repairs to the twin box culverts beneath the pool deck, upgrades with the Sinclair Creek Channel beneath the building, erosion protection of Sinclair Creek Channel downstream of the proposed twin box culverts and cool pool repairs. This is a two phase selection process. Bidders responding to this selection process are requested to submit a bid in two phases. Phase One bid covers only the qualifications and experience of the Bidder. Following the evaluation of the submissions, Bidders will be advised of their qualification result and the status of the tender. Phase Two Bidders will be provided an INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) for the financial evaluation in relation to the specifications and drawings. Please note that the ITT used in Phase 2 of this process will be a Two-Envelope ITT with both a technical evaluation component and price evaluation component.
