The responses shall conform to the East and West WWTP Digester Cleaning Service Request for Proposal Guideline. The response shall be limited to twenty-five (25) single sided pages. The Owner's objective in issuing the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide a means to select a digester cleaning service provider to implement the East and West WWTPs Digester Cleaning Service. The project will be funded through local funds. Written questions and comments shall be directed to Kristin Comer of Greeley and Hansen LLC at kcomer@greeleyhansen.com. RFP responses may be reviewed to determine completeness prior to further evaluation. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all RFP responses and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the RFP responses offered. Dated this the 2nd day of August, 2022
