On-Call Cost Estimating Constructability and Project Management Support Services (2022) Deadline for Questions AUGUST 22, 2022 @ 2:00 PM (PST) The Port anticipates awarding two professional service agreements for providing On-Call Cost Estimating, Constructability, and Project Management services The selection will be based on the most qualified team(s) that includes all key members whether from the prime consultant firm or subconsultants for all necessary project services and enter into negotiations with the intent to issue professional service contract(s) based upon the information provided herein. Following successful negotiation of rates and fees, the Port will execute the contract (s) for three years (3 year initial term and with two (2) separate one (1) year renewal options at the sole discretion of the port) with a notto-exceed value of $300,000.00. Additional funds may be added to meet the Port's projected service needs during the term of the contract(s).
