Sealed bids will be received by the North Hills Council of Governments (NHCOG), acting on behalf of our municipal members and associate members listed as follows: Aspinwall, Blawnox, Bradford Woods, Etna, Fox Chapel, Franklin Park, Hampton, Indiana, Marshall, McCand- less, Millvale, O'Hara, Ohio, Pine, Reserve, Richland, Ross, Shaler, Sharpsburg, West Deer and West View, this is also to include Cranberry Township (Butler County),and associate members to include: Hampton Shaler Water Authority, Ohio Township Sanitary Authority, McCand- less Township Sanitary Authority, Butler Area Sanitary Authority, Girty's Run Joint Sewer Authority, Deer Creek Drainage Basin Authority, Marshall Township Municipal Sanitary Authority and West View Water Authority, for the following: Sanitary Sewer Rehabilita- tion Project - COG-wide bid to provide sanitary sewer rehabilitation services (CCTV, grouting, spot repair, trenchless technology repair, manhole rehab, etc.) to the municipal members and associate members of the NHCOG. CONSTRUCTION - will be according to specifications that are on file at the North Hills Council of Government office. Construction is subject to the State of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. SPECIFICATIONS, INSTRUC- TIONS, BIDDING DOCU- MENTS, ETC. BID BOND - All bidders shall submit a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of their bid(s).
