TITLE OCIR - Environmental site investigations and toxicological and ecotoxicological risk analyzes DESCRIPTION This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is issued to meet the need for the environmental services of Public Works and Government Services Canada, Quebec Region, for the provision, as orders are received, of environmental investigation services for sites and analyzes of toxicological and ecotoxicological risks. This Request for Standing Offer has several components: - Part 1: Environmental site investigations - Everywhere in Quebec, excluding areas of parts 1A and 1B. - Part 1A: Site environmental investigations - Inuit Zone covering, but not limited to, the territory of Nunavik (excluding Whapmagoostui). - Part 1B: Site environmental investigations - Cree zone covering, without being limited to, the territory of Jamésie and Eeyou Istchee (including Whapmagoostui). - Part 2: Toxicological and ecotoxicological risk analyzes - Throughout Quebec, excluding parts 2A and 2B. - Part 2A: Toxicological and ecotoxicological risk analyzes - Inuit Zone covering, but not limited to, the territory of Nunavik (excluding Whapmagoostui). - Part 2B: Toxicological and ecotoxicological risk analyzes - Cree zone covering, but not limited to, the territory of Jamésie and Eeyou Istchee (including Whapmagoostui). The range of services required is detailed in Annex A - Statement of Work. Offerors may submit an offer for one or more Streams. A separate, completed offer is required for each stream. It is possible for offerors to submit a joint venture offer. The award of only one standing offer per stream and per offeror will be issued. The period of the standing offer is two (2) firm years from the date of issuance of the standing offer, with the possibility of three (3) optional years of one (1) year each. Breakdown of Standing Offers: It is anticipated that several Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISO) will be in place for each work stream. The potential aggregate value for the entire RISO, all streams combined, with respect to call-ups is up to $18 million, taxes included.
