Lane County Public Works is seeking Quotes from qualified Quoters to provide Design/Architect Services. This request is to provide Lane County with architectural related services for conceptual design development and preparation of permit construction documents for the proposed enhancements to reconfigure Building B at the Public Works Delta Campus. The building will necessitate; walls erected to separate the space, installation of exterior/interior doors and roll-up doors, a new office constructed within the building that is equipped with HVAC, network connections, power outlets, counter working space, and storage options for personal and traffic signal electrical supplies. Supplies requiring storage include signal controller cabinets/controllers, signal housings/beacons, lamps, cables, conduits, signal poles, spools of wire, generator, signs, barricades, and other related traffic signal parts, tools, equipment and hardware. Quoters should be aware that the findings of County staff will result in a recommendation. The final decision of actual award of an Agreement rests with the Department Director, as appropriate. The award shall be to the Eligible Quoter(s) whose Quote is determined in writing to be the most advantageous to the County in overall value, considering both cost and qualifications.
