Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Full depth asphalt paving of approximately 815 S.Y. and approximately 375 L.F. of asphalt wedge curb replacement for the repair of multiple water line patches/trenches throughout the Authoritys water service area. Also, possible 1-1/2 mill and overlay as required. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bidder's bond in favor of the Fox Chapel Authority, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal. This Contract is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Workers must be paid not less than the prevailing minimum wages established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, as shown in the applicable schedule. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.
