Ogden City Corporation is accepting sealed bids for a Construction Contract named as: EN004A Monroe Sidewalk The work generally includes but is not limited to the following: Landscape removal, installation of approximately 500' of sidewalk, ADA ramps and landscape restoration along with driveway tie-in work. Owner and Engineer assume no responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bid Documents. Prospective bidders should be experienced in culinary water/utility installation, civil road construction, and need to be in good standing with Ogden City. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City. Ogden City encourages and welcomes bids from small, local, women and minority-owned businesses, and other disadvantaged business enterprises. The location of the work is: Monroe Blvd: S/o 32nd Street. The estimated cost of the work is $ 80000. The project shall be governed by these contract documents, special conditions, specifics related to the work, and all provisions of the Manual of Standard Specifications and Manual of Standard Plans 2017 Edition published by the Utah Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) and Ogden City's Engineering Standards for Public Improvements 2020 Edition which are applicable to the work are made a part of the Contract Documents by reference.
