City of Refuge Dalton FYI2022-2023 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Roofing Repairs HUD Grant NO. B-22-MC-13-0011 Bid # 2022-3 The City of Refuge is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project 2022-3 - roofing repairs. All work will need to be done in accordance to the specifications included in the bid package for the construction and completion of the work required. All bidders must comply with the general requirements, special and federal provisions of the bid information and instructions enclosed therein. It is important for interested bidders to review all bid documents carefully. The proposed installations are being funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. CDBG funds are made available to the city of Dalton through a partnership with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Consistent with our Federal programs, CDBG requires compliance with various Federal laws, regulations, and guidelines throughout the invitation to bid; procurement process, project construction, and project close out.
