All related work presented in the plans and specifications and necessary to achieve the objectives. The Contractor must be aware of the conditions of the site, expected traffic, proximity to residences and consider the associated costs in the organization of the site. He will have to consider in his organization of the site, all expenses of restoration and management allowing a commissioning in conformity.
