Blanket order for City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri Turbine and Generator Maintenance Contract for maintenance and repairs of large and ancillary equipment associated with Steam Turbines, Generators, and Combustion Turbines at the City Utilities Power Generating Stations. These services will include, but not be limited to, repair on general power plant equipment as deemed necessary by plant management personnel. The majority of the work to be performed under this contract will be planned maintenance and repairs, and will take place during scheduled outage periods. Some work, however, will be of an emergency quick turn-around type. Response time, (the ability of the Contractor to get to the assigned work site expeditiously), will thus be of major importance. The contractor must be capable of responding for emergency repairs within twelve (12) hours with all tooling, equipment, supervisors, and required labor. Depending upon the urgency of the situation, crews may be required to work twenty-four (24) hours a day. The retained firm (Contractor) will be "on call", (i.e. available for assignment), twenty-four (24) hours per day, every day, for the period of one (1) year, including weekends and holidays.
