Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Madrona Street Sidewalk Project is a sidewalk project on the west side of Madrona Street between Falls Avenue and Bitterroot Drive. This project includes the installation of sidewalk, curb and gutter, minor widening along Madrona St, minor profile adjustment/full depth pavement replacement on Madrona St north of the Falls Ave intersection, and the reconstruction of the Dora Dr S and Dora Dr N intersections. All bids must be signed. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of (5) percent of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Twin Falls as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
