BID CATEGORY 1: ALL TRADES WORK FOR HVAC PROJECT Each bid that exceeds Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) must be submitted with an attached certified check or bid bond from a surety company approved to do business in the State of Michigan, payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid.
