Work consists of: The major items of work include highway improvements: 1853 Tons of Milling, 2359 Tons of HMA-Commercial Grade (Class A), 19 Tons of HMA-Commercial Grade (Class A) (Patching), 148 Square Yards PCCP Patching (Full Depth) (8") (Sound), 198 Square Yards of Granular Base (Patching), 198 Square Yards of Geosynthetic Reinforcement (Patching), 1853 Tons of Transporting Salvageable Material, 6480 Lineal Feet of Pavement Marking (Multi-Component) (Yellow) (4"), 48 Lineal Feet of Pavement Marking (Multi-Component) (White) (24"), 2 Each of Pavement Marking Symbol (Intersection Grade) (White) (Railroad Xing), Railroad Permit, Traffic Control and other appurtenances. Bid security: Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
