The Tribal Roads Department is in need of 15,000 cubic yards of gravel for various projects. However, because funding sources differ from project to project, and some projects may be subject to the Davis Bacon Act, bids shall not encompass the entire 15,000 cubic yards. Instead, bidders shall submit a proposal for 10,000 cubic yards of gravel to be stockpiled and retained at a location determined by vendor and made available to the Tribal Roads Department without restriction, for the purpose of retrieval from time to time, until gone, and an alternate bid for 10,000 cubic yards of gravel to be delivered by bidder to the Tribal Roads Department at 280 Industrial Park Road, Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin. Bidders shall also submit a proposal for 5,000 cubic yards of gravel to be stockpiled and retained at a location determined by vendor and made available to the Tribal Roads Department without restriction, for the purpose of retrieval from time to time, until gone, and an alternate bid for 5,000 cubic yards of gravel to be delivered by bidder to the Tribal Roads Department at 280 Industrial Park Road, Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin.

The Tribe reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technical defects and make the award to the bidder most competent to serve the Tribe's requirements.
