General Description --The work to be performed under this contract includes: The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract and the project specifications. The work to be performed under this contract will include the removal and replacement of existing ADA curb ramps (6" thick), and the installation of chaise drains at specified locations. The contract shall be awarded based on the unit prices for the work shown in the bid schedule, and the contract documents. Appendix "A" (Initial list) represents known quantities at the time of the bid. The contractor will maintain unit prices through December 31, 2022. Bid Schedule work shall commence no later than three (3) calendar days from, and including, the date of the Notice to Proceed, and shall be construction complete (including punchlist items, cleanup, and demobilize) within forty (25) working days. All work on the bid schedule shall take place during the timeframe of September 13, 2022 - November 5, 2022, or as approved by the Project Manager.
