The bid will be awarded at the Regular Monthly Village Board Meeting on Monday September 12, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall. Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish equipment and labor necessary to complete the Work described in this bid ad. Plowing, salting, and sanding of 7 miles of Village Streets as well as some snow removal if necessary. The Village will provide the salt and sand needed. Proof of Insurance is required. Questions regarding the bids may be directed to Public Works Superintendent Roger Zubke @ 920- 344-6933,or Village Clerk Kim Hopfinger @ 920-349-3188, or by emailing the Village Clerk at khopfinger@hustisford.com. Bids will be accepted based on budgeted monies. The Village Board of the Village of Hustisford has the right to accept or reject any or all bids with respect to irregularities or technicalities, or to reject all bids outright and further, to award the contract to the contractor who, in the judgment of the Village Board, will best serve the interest of the Village of Hustisford.
