The contract awarded to the successful bidder will be a maintenance service contract is of the global type, it includes service calls twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and the breakdown service to get out people caught in the cabins regardless of the cause of the breakdown, for a firm period of 12 months and for 2 renewal periods of 12 months each.
