Work includes selective demolition, new partitions, finishes, doors and frames, HVAC modifications, plumbing, electrical/data, A/V, security, modifications for fire suppression and alarm systems, and asbestos abatement for floor mastic. The contract completion time for this project is Three hundred (300) calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
