Request for Professional Services Construction Manager - "At Risk" The Bradford Special School District is seeking proposals for "At-Risk" Construction management services for building programs. The contract form will be AIA A133-2019 and USDA RD attached documents. The following criteria shall be used to submit and evaluate all proposals submitted. Section 1: Background Information Provide background information for your company including company profile, current capacity, and construction dollar volume for the past three (3) years. Section 2: Construction Management Experience Provide five (5) representative projects your company has completed that are of similar size and scope. Include pertinent cost information, owners information, and architect of record. Section 3: Project Management Approach Describe in detail you company's approach to school construction utilizing "at-risk" construction management from the design phase through project close out. Section 4: Corporate Structure Provide complete description of your company structure including project manager and principals. Section 5: Project Team Use the project team that will be assigned to this project. Provide your present total and available bonding capacity, your bonding company's name, and rating. Section 7: Insurance Provide complete insurance information including coverage limits, and experience modifier rating past three (3) years. Section 8: Litigation List complete description of any litigation your company has been involved in within the past five (5) years. Section 9: Cost Proposal Provide a detailed fee structure for both pre-construction and construction services. Clearly identify what items of cost are included and not included in the fee. List typical general condition cost items including direct onsite supervision and other labor cost that could be incurred. Cost is not to be the sole criteria in the selection process.
