Brief description of needs The mandate consists of providing professional services in the fields of geotechnics and soil and materials engineering required for future work to be carried out on Route du Nord and its surroundings. As part of this mandate, the service provider will have to carry out geotechnical studies and characterization studies of the sources of granular materials. ONLY SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CONTRACT WHO HAVE AN ESTABLISHMENT IN QUEBEC OR IN A TERRITORY COVERED BY THE APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS AND WHO HAVE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.
