SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT The Rehabilitation Center for Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders (CRDITSA) on Industrial Boulevard welcomes users during the day to develop their social, personal and communication skills. This real estate project aims to redevelop the center of activity to meet clinical needs as well as to make the spaces adapted to the specific needs of the clientele. The project will make it possible to create a central sanitary block up to date, to offer users spaces for games, learning, sensory stimulation and a return to calm. Premises will be set up to improve the working conditions of employees, including premises for storing and cleaning equipment. To do so, approximately 50% of the floor area on the ground floor will be redesigned. New premises will be added to an area that is currently open, while existing premises will be demolished and then refurbished to optimize the building. The redevelopment work represents a good time to ensure certain asset maintenance work that is included in this call for tenders. The Contractor who obtains the contract will have a direct influence on the experience of the users who are important to the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest and will facilitate the daily life of the stakeholders and technical services of the installation. EXPECTED TIMELINE The work must be carried out in phases, according to the schedule prescribed in the tender documents. The work will take place entirely in the evening, at night or on weekends.
