This Pine Grove Elementary Modernization Project is currently in the 100% CD GMP Stage. The Weitz Company is soliciting interested subcontractors and vendors to take part in bidding. The project consists of the demolition of an existing building, renovation of (2) existing buildings (2&3), and the construction of a new Building (1) of approximately 40,000 GSF. The Weitz Company, serving as Construction Manager for Palm Beach County Public Schools, invites all interested companies to submit proposals on applicable trades for the Interior and Exterior Work. Construction Start Date: (Early Work/Procurement, February 1, 2023 - Package # 1), (Main Project, March 20, 2023 - Package # 2) Construction Completion Date: (New School Substantial Completion, June 26, 2024) (Completion of Final Parking & Parent Drop-off Area, January 15, 2025) Please note that the GMP needs to be broken out by GMP #1 & GMP #2.
