Re-Plastering of Outdoor Pool JFFC The City of Lebanon is accepting sealed proposals for the re-plastering of the outdoor pool for the Jimmy Floyd Family Center. If you have any questions regarding this solicitation, please contact Lisa Lane at lisa@lebanontn.org. Scope of Services The required plaster demolition and replastering of the Outdoor Swimming Pool. Maintain current tile racing lines on bottom of pool (minor repair if needed). Replacement of damaged "T" tile formations on pool walls. Replacement of tile border around the concrete peninsulas. Tile installation at zero entry pool below white gutter. Remove and re-caulk/fill all expansion joints in the pool. Staple any structural cracks in the pool shell and epoxy inject. BONDING A performance bond in the amount of the bid shall be required. All bids must include the following: 1. A Performance Bond may or may not be required. 2. Proof of Liability Insurance 3. State of TN contractor's license 4. All blanks are filled in and bid signed.
