The new Multi-Bay Fleet Maintenance Building for the Water, Mobility and Contract Administration Departments is part of a city-wide Fleet Maintenance Decentralization Project. This multi-bay garage and associated offices will be designed and built for heavy equipment vehicles needed by our Water, Mobility and Contract Administration departments, respectively. Design phase work includes, but is not limited to, development of technical drawings based on existing conceptual design, permitting, and cost estimates. The construction phase will be performed under a Guaranteed Maximum Price agreement with an associated Public Construction Bond.Budget: $7 - $14 Million.
