Renovation of a civil project in Tampa, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of October 25, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The High Service Pump Chemical System treats water from the Surface Water Treatment Plant, Brandon Urban Transmission Main, and Desalination Transmission Main. The three sources of water arrive at the pump station and chemical is injected at different locations before and after the pumps. This project will replace the chemical piping (sodium hypochlorite and ammonia hydroxide), the chemical pumps, and the addition of a new injection location Bid Bond five percent (5%) of Proposed Total Contract Price All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Tampa Bay Water Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/wbe's Are Encouraged to Participate in the Bid Process.
