Site work and paving for a civil project in Southfield, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of May 23, 2024 this project was awarded to Pamar Enterprise Inc with the awarded amount of $3,437,876.30. Project Description Replacement of approximately 8,200 ft of 8-inch water main by open-cut and the removal and replacement of approximately 14,635 syd of concrete pavement and associated work as set for in the plans and specifications and itemized within the proposal. A separate notice for this mandatory pre-bid with a specific meeting time and location will be provided to all prequalified bidders only. All pre-qualified vendors, including Minority (MBE), Women (WBE) and Disadvantaged (DBE) Business Enterprise contractors, subcontactors and material suppliers are encouraged to bid on this City of Southfield construction project. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the proposals. No bids may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving bids for a period of sixty (60) days.
